Used Aircraft Instruments for Sale

Chapter 84 has received the donation of a large number of aircraft instruments and avionics from Dynon, and we are offering them for sale at roughly market rates. These instruments come with no guarantee of condition or operability, and as far as we can tell, none of them are yellow-tagged. Most were functional when they were removed from the aircraft, but none are ready for use in certified aircraft. Pricing reflects this fact.

The list of instruments and prices is here. Below, we’ve added a group photo of the instruments, with the box each batch came in, followed by a couple more-detailed shots for each box. The box has line numbers from the linked spreadsheet. For more details, or to see an instrument in person, contact James McGauhey at We will do our best to mark the spreadsheet when an instrument is sold.
